Hi all
Has a good last 6 months. I appear to be relatively stable in my longest period of remission in 5 years (I have M.S).
I am still looking to lose weight for my holiday in March and get back into the swing of working out every day. Just joined a 24/7 gym so that I can have a good workout before I go to work. I found that the other gym I went to did not open until 6.30am and I start at 8am, so by the time I'd warmed up, it was almost time to shower!
I have set myself a few goals:
Do 10 push ups before my workout and 10 pushups in the warmdown;
Manage 26km on a bike in an hour (currently at 24km);
Get more confident using barbells;
Lift 20kg dumbells (currently at 12.5kg) on bench presses;
Do at least one body weight routine per week;
I'm sure as the year progresses I'll add some more. Anyone else set some targets?
