Emailed Scott and have to say he never ceases to surprise me or amaze. He doesn't ask for anything in return but is there for each person. 100% Generally concerned about how we are progressing and doing.
He followed up with me to make sure I was getting my macros under control and that I wasn't confused about them.
@Scott_Herman - you my friend are the man!
90% sure I am ... I know, due to my limitations of only being able to take in roughly 7oz at a time that my intake is tough. My minimum goals though as of right now:
Protein: 240g (960 calories)
Fat: 80g (720 calories)
Carbs: 150g (600 calories)
It feels like I am eating like every 90 minutes but I think its realistic. The positive for me is the extra bioprene fuel and recent return to the gym. I know I will loose way more fat than muscle gained, however there will be some killer muscle gains.
I wake up at 5am - head to the gym FASTED and do Cardio and Stretching (usually 35 minutes on elliptical and 15 on rowing maching, but I'm starting to add in TRX a couple times a week). When I leave the gym I have a banana and some protein.
I'm at work by 7am - I track down hackers and do Internet/Network Forensics so sit most of the day. I did set my phone to go off every 2 hours so I get up and walk for at least 15 minutes throughout the day.
I also eat throughout the day.
Around 4:30pm I am back at the GYM for the Shred Program workout. I'm trying to make sure I am not over training ... so far I don't feel that I will be.
This gets me home around 6-6:30pm where I play with the kids and all that good stuff. After they go to bed, I do gym laundry, and pack my meals for the next day. Luckily I am a competition BBQ cook who after my father passed away, overhauled all the rubs and sauce to eliminate sugars and crap. So I smoke chicken and fish for the week on Saturdays. Chicken and fish is bulk but I do have some red meat and pork in there.
My wife is pretty supportive and understands the competiment involved. The community has been extremely helpful as has the site and tools. Plus, I think for the first time every, the trainer/expert is actually interacting with everyone, including me. Which to me is huge and has made a life time fan of me.
I'm looking forward to the APP coming out as the site opens funny on my Galaxy with Chrome browser.
