You will need to use the filter search to find the TOTAL BODY ROUTINES. They all come with photos of the exercises and PDF downloads as well. And you can add them to your profile for quick access! :-)

Hello there, Ive been working out regiliously for 1 year and I was following a bulking diet that made me more fat than muscle. I ate clean, but still realized I am carb sensitive. For that reason I elevated my protein to 260 grams every day. Since I am carb cycling at the moment I wonder if I am eating too much protein or what tips can I get?

current weight - 190lb

BF- 20 %

5'7 ( 29 AGE)

so far this is my carb cycling

H carb day- 260g protein-230gram carb- 80 grams fat

medium carb day- 260g protein- 140 gram of carbs- 80 gr of fats

low carb day- 260 grams of protein- 90 grams of carbs- 80 grams of fats

 

I do, H -M-L-H-M-L-L and repeat it every week.

 

Goal, lose fat ( reach 10%bf) minimizing muscle loss....as long as it will take.

Hello there,

 

question about my BMR in motion, is this calculated base on the days I workout or an average+lifestyle?

because I currently dont work, and my only activity is the gym.

although I workout 4-5 days a week...and do 1 to 2 Hiit.

 

should it be base on moderate exercise or light exercise?

 

my goal still is to lose bodyfat!

Hi Scott,

I received a questionable email that said it was form "Muscular Strength" and has your name in it but it sure looks like Spam and perhaps a phishing email.

Are you endorsing the "3 week Diet" ?

 

I see nothing about it in your web-site.

I actually thought I might try it thinking it was coming from you but the email address is odd (CS.Allegria-Art.com) the Company seems to have Singapore address.

So someone tagged me in a board post of theirs, or maybe someone else's, I'm not sure. I can't find the post to reply to it. I click on the link, and it takes me to the person's board, but there is all kinds of contect that doesn't involve me. How do I find the post in question?

Hi Scott,

 

Have been watching your videos since few days and have become your fan.. I too love Dragonballz and congrats for the role in Movie. My doubt here is:-

 

I understand that circuits are best fat burning exercises. circuits consists of all kinds like legs pushups barbells dumbells etc.

 

and its also made clear that every isolated muscle exercise shud be given atleast one or two days rest. but if these circuits include legs biceps chest.. how can i perform single body part focused exercise on the day before and after... Like if in todays circuit i have strained arms and legs how can i do a bicep or Leg day either on a day before or after...

 

not sure if my question is dumb or wat (if yes please tolerate :) )

WTF!!! I upload a photo and it turns sideways....So I take another picture turn my phone Horizontally, upload it and now its upside down. The pictures where right side up when before I uploaded them. On top of that I can't delete any of the pictures. I'm over this for tonight. I'm sweating just trying to fill in my damn profile. Well played Scott....Well played!
