Hey everyone,

I am looking for a good cutting program to get hooked up on, and I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions?

I am concerned with rep ranges and rest periods so if you guys have any advice on that as well I would appreciate it.

Also, if you know of any good articles to be reading to become more informed on the process let me know!

Thanks!

Right here my friend! Check it out!

http://muscularstrength.com/my-contest

I'm looking forward to accomplishing something from this contest but the one thing that is in my way is creating my meal plan. I am not sure if my email went through but for some reason when I try to sign into the meal plan page it says that the email I input doesn't exist.

You have to sign using the same credentials as this site right?

yes, when you click on your name at the top right (where you go to edit the profile) there should be a link that still says shred challenge. Just click that. it was there a few days ago so should still be there until the next one

I've managed to get to the shred challenge page, but cannot seem to find the workouts. The page only lists a few of the winners from the challenge. Maybe it has something to do with me logging in through my phone instead of laptop. Although, I am almost certain I have found them this way before.

Also, any idea on when the next transformation challenge will be posted?

Thanks for the help,

Jake

Help! So, I've recently decided to make changes with my life, I've been more overweight than I have ever been and I want to change that. However, I have no experience with weight training or anything like that. I acquired a gym membership for the fact that it also has a rock wall, and I want to be able to work out however I just don't know what to do or where to start. I can't afford to pay for expensive sessions with a personal trainer either. Is there anyone here that can help point me in the right direction?

So, does the macro calculator on the site provide the correct BMR and amount of macros we need to be consuming, or do we follow the instructions in the How to Build A Meal Plan video? I have created a meal plan doing both of these things and if I follow what the calculator says I have a lot more carbs than if I follow what the video says.

Thanks!

Well... any calculator is always going to be a rough estimate.. If I were you I would follow the meal plan video. Actually.. to make it easier I have al the calculations written out HERE.

did you put the meal plan app on your phone too?
