Hello there, Ive been working out regiliously for 1 year and I was following a bulking diet that made me more fat than muscle. I ate clean, but still realized I am carb sensitive. For that reason I elevated my protein to 260 grams every day. Since I am carb cycling at the moment I wonder if I am eating too much protein or what tips can I get?
current weight - 190lb
BF- 20 %
5'7 ( 29 AGE)
so far this is my carb cycling
H carb day- 260g protein-230gram carb- 80 grams fat
medium carb day- 260g protein- 140 gram of carbs- 80 gr of fats
low carb day- 260 grams of protein- 90 grams of carbs- 80 grams of fats
I do, H -M-L-H-M-L-L and repeat it every week.
Goal, lose fat ( reach 10%bf) minimizing muscle loss....as long as it will take.
