WTF!!! I upload a photo and it turns sideways....So I take another picture turn my phone Horizontally, upload it and now its upside down. The pictures where right side up when before I uploaded them. On top of that I can't delete any of the pictures. I'm over this for tonight. I'm sweating just trying to fill in my damn profile. Well played Scott....Well played!

Yeah man, this was a problem for me too. For whatever reason when you have a PHONE photo.. it will flip depending on how you took it with your camera (even if it is the right side up on your computer)

For now... open the photo.. then RESAVE IT with a different name... then upload... and it will work. haha sorry man! But the sweating is good!!! :-D

That depends on what time you are lifting. Personally I try to get most of my meals in during the day and I try at night. I wouldnt eat up to 30min before... you dont want to puke!

Well... it could be a natural thing that is happening or it could be because you have tight shoulders.

Do you do shoulder warm-ups?

The truth lies somewhere in between. Leicester actually attend a game in fifa coins online the defeat to Arsenal, but big heart, which remained Claudio Ranieri, affected mainly to send messages from the arbitrator's decision in a controversial second yellow card Danny Simpson. You spurs enjoying a call for the mild penalty of Etihad, I could imagine the city without its chances of another assembly of the second half to win hard dull. Small details propel the narrative. Although we are now approaching a stage where small details - sharp infinite variables in them - are all that remains. As such, attention is turning a bit Tottenham current run of form, of course, this is the most interesting part of what your best features needed directly to the obvious challenges seem to speak before a football unavoidable collision of sell fifa coins high energy and schedule power hungry.

Hey all,

Just now, I tried to sign up for the new 12 week transformation challenge. However, when I try to do so by hitting the "sign-up" button on the contest tab in my profile, it gives me a pop-up with my name and e-mail address already filled in. But when I hit the subscribe button, it gives me the notification "<email address> is already subscribed to list Contest E-mails. Click here to update your profile.".

I tried updating my profile as told, but it doesn't make a difference.

Is there something I'm forgetting?

Thanks!

Hey Shakers,

It is possible you may have just hit the sign-up button twice and the second time it went through it gave you that message.

You should be all set.

Hey Scott,

Recently joined the Shredded Challenge me & my friend just finished Week #1 and we're loving it! However I'm a bit confused if this is a 5-Day per week workout with 2-rest days or 6-day per week with 1-rest day because when you look at Month #1 there are 2 thumbnails that are for 2 Monthly challenges. One being a Photo Challenge & the other being Circuit B Time Challenge which were done at the beginning of the year for prizes. Was Circuit B Time Challenge a one time thing that's not part of the normal routine? or is that the 6th workout for month #1?

Thank You!

Hey everyone,

I'm sure this question has been asked plenty of times before, but I am having a difficult time meeting my calorie intake and was wondering how I should go about doing that? I don't seem to have any problems with meeting my macro nutrient requirements, but the calculator suggests that I need to be eating close to 4,000 calories per day regarding my workout frequency and job type. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

The best and easiest advice is : eat caloric dense foods. Add nuts to your diet, cocos fat, oliveoil. (keep away from sunflower oil or other vegetable oils), natural peanut butter, can even add a bit cream (but not too much of that). Add more Rice / pasta/ Potato to the dishes. And make sure you get enough protein, and you can add some protein isolate as well to supplement on top of youe diet (food comes first though!)
Stay away from weightgainers and the likes. They contain crap and a lot chemical waste products and way too much sugars or sweeteners.

Keep in mind, fat has the highest caloric density with 9 calories per gram, versus carbs and protein only having 4 calories per gram. So adding a few spoons of coconut oil or olive oil to your diet can already easily make up some hundret calories more. Same for nuts and nut-butters.

And fat is not evil :) only eating bad foods or wrong types of food is evil !
