Thank you so much Scott for replying to my last message, I really appreciate it! To follow up on our last conversationm I eat roughly 1500 calories with 157 grams of protein, 157 grams of carbs, and 35 grams of fat.

@Matt438 Looks like you are probably in the skinny fat range. How old are you again bro? If I were you, I would focus on a small surplus, or at least eat at maintenance for a while to add a bit more bulk. If you add some more lean muscle, you'll be able to actually have a lower body fat % because you'll have more overall mass, and more distribution of your current body fat.
Give the video below a watch, and go to the @mealplan page to use the calculator as well to see what you would roughly need to be in a surplus.

@Matt438 Definitely focus on a surplus then bro. Maximize this time, when your hormones and metabolism are probably both through the roof, to grow as much as possible!! 💪
