Hmmm that's odd.. did you get some kind of error message?

No I didn't

Also I tried to change my last name in the Personal Details of my Account but it won't let me even when I click the Update button.

What browser are you using? And are you using your phone or PC?

Do you get the same issue when using a browser such as Firefox, if you have it? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to establish if it is a specific broswer issue! 😊

I think it's a Google Chrome issue because I was able to change my name with the app and Firefox.

PLEASE NOTICE IMMEDIATELY!

I think I have a problem upgrading to premium. I first tried a MasterCard but to no avail, I think that the problem was on my part because no funds were currently transferred to it but it has an amount inside of it; I tried this because I wanted to access the exclusive contents of this site by using the code FREEFITNESS. At first it only showed there's an invalid verification, I didn't give up at first but then things started to get "wonky". I tried the same card again and entered the code but now, it both said that verifiacation is invalid and I've already used up the code (which clearly isn't the case). I tried isolating the case by using another MasterCard card but again, to no avail; it again said that verification is invalid and that I've already used the code. So I tried to create another premium account by directly signing up (I used the latter card for good measure), but again it didn't register and only said invalid verification/card.

On a sidenote, I noticed that even though you didn't complete the full registration process with a platinum membership, as long as you entered an email and password, you can now automatically log in as a gold member instead. Just for you to review and improve upon on your site.

Anyway, I tried another card again but now I used a VISA one, which was now from my parents. I used this on this account, and it only said that I've already used the code. I tried creating another premium account again (yeah I have a lot of email addresses because, childhood), but again it only said that there's an invalid verification.

Here's the catch though; since I've been frustrated that I can't go into premium and use the site to train using my summer vacation, I've searched and found another site to spend the remaining days of it, which would be skillshare.com. They also offer a free one month membership but also needs a card to justify it. So I plugged in the card number of my parents card and on that site, it worked. THE CARD WORKED. So I was immediately concerned because there must've been a problem with the transaction at this site. It is my parents' card so I must immediately solve this because there might've been hidden bills, or the card might've been subscribed but this site just didn't recognize it.

@Scott_Herman please notice this immediately.

P.S. I didn't know how to create a forum post so I just posted it in this thread.

@Zeta13 Hey Ken.

This is an issue. I'm going to look into this and try to figure out what the problem is, and I will get back to you.

Thanks for letting me know!

And in future, to create a new @forum thread, just chose the category that fits your question, then choose a sub-forum in that category. For this it would probably be 'OPEN FORUM' for the category, and either 'SITE SUGGESTIONS' or 'GENERAL DISCUSSION' for the sub-forum. You'll then find a button towards the top of the screen, on the right hand side that says 'ADD THREAD'.

You click that, give you post a title, description and body text, and then post it 😊

Thanks man! I really hope this would be solved and also, this be an improvement to your site. I really really really would love to start training now and not have excuses, so that's why I'm really pushing this through! Thanks again for the replies and the help :)

My pleasure @Zeta13! I appreciate you telling me about the issue, because I am always looking at ways to improve the site to make it the best it can be, so feedback is always welcome! Hello everyone! I’m on the fifth week of the twelve week PPL and I don’t currently have a way to access the calendar to figure out what I should be doing on what day. If anyone could give me a quick run down or point me in the right direction of where I can find a more mobile friendly format that would be much appreciated!

@PatD I responded to your post about this same question on your profile page! In the future, if you have a question about a program, leave it on the program comment section that your question is related to and I will get to it 😊 You can post here in the @forums too though! Just better on the related program haha.

Hey Scott. I had a question about the meal plan calculator,https://muscularstrength.com/mealplan.php . Does the calculated goals like calorie goal, protein goal, etc only apply for your workout days?

@skbj23 You can probably afford to follow those calculated numbers every day to start with. It varies from person to person. If you're going for fat loss, yes I would keep the numbers the same every day.

If you're bulking, building muscle, then the numbers you get, you might want to lower them just a little on rest days if you notice maybe you're gaining too much fat while in a surplus. If you've opted for lean gains (a 250 calorie surplus), then sticking with that everyday is probably OK. If you went for a 500 calorie surplus, then that might be a time where you want to reduce your total calories on rest days.

Trial and error! Hope that makes sense!

I should keep my macors the same even on rest days?

@skbj23 Like I said in my previous post, maybe, it depends on your goal and how you feel my friend 😊 I pretty much covered everything you need to know in my previous post.. so firstly it comes down to what your goal is - fat loss or muscle gain?

Your profile says fat loss.. so yes, I would keep the calories the same everyday.
