How to cancel my membership by the time my free trial is over?

@Co14 I responded to your other post about this, and the post you made on your board. Sorry for the delay, but I do my best to get to the @forums and catch up if I am behind.. sometimes I just need a little more time 😊

I want to do everything I can to stay motivated. Since watching your youtube videos, I understand the importance of progressive overload in order to stimulate muscle growth. With a lot of the exercises that require using heavier weights, I know it will require me to have a spotter. I have been in search for a gym partner, who can help me with this. But no luck. So now I am seeking other ways to SUCCESSFULLY complete your programs without any more road blocks. So what can I do in this situation?

Well have you looked at the Cheat & Recover program? I included alternatives for pretty much every exercise in there so that you can still follow the program even if you don't have a spotter, and still get the cheat reps done.

The other thing would be to just ask someone in the gym to spot you every now and then. I'm sure someone will be willing to help you out!

Hi guys

I am new to regular strength strengthing, not new to training. I have been doing a 4 day split for the past 6 weeks and have seen regular strength gains each week.

My starting weight was 61kilos and I am now at 64 kilos. That’s a gain of 3 kilos (roughly 6 pounds).

However, I have taken before and after photos and really can’t see a change in my body at all. Other than feeling firmer, I don’t know where the weight is!

Has anyone else experienced this and if so please help with what to me seems like a mystery.

Thank you :)

zoe from Australia

Hey Scott! I'm having trouble with my account. I had to make a second one (Anmllvr28 is the one I'm having trouble with). I changed my password and now can't get logged in. When I hit forgot password I never get an email with a link to reset and I have also emailed customer service several times and never heard anything back. I would  appreciate having this issue fixed so I am not being billed for two platinum memberships. I do enjoy the content. Thank You

Hey Zoe.

It could just be that you have gained muscle and lost fat.. so you look about the same size, but now you have more muscle mass which is why you feel/look firmer than before. That is awesome! Losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time is exactly what you want so it sounds like you are on the right track 😊

Hey Scott.

I have checked my spam folder and no luck on getting a link to reset my password. I'm not sure how often you look in on these messages so I'm trying to be patient (it doesn't come natural to me lol). I appreciate you working on getting this issue fixed for me.

Thank you

Joanna

Hey @jaffy. There's really no 'best' foods for burning belly fat. You can't spot reduce fat. You just need to be in a calorie deficit and your body will choose where it loses fat from first. You have to stay in that deficit to get leaner and leaner. But I will give you a list of good foods in general you can focus on including in your diet!

https://muscularstrength.com/article/healthy-shopping-list-for-life

And to figure out your calorie needs, use the calculator on the @mealplan page. That will give you a starting point of what your macros and calories should be to build muscle.

Keep in mind that if you aren't a newbie, you have to choose muscle gain or fat loss - you can't really do both. But you can make lean gains to minimize fat gain during a muscle building phase. If you're a newbie, then there is the chance to do both at the same time.

Hey @BlackAcid!

Go to the person's profile page. Under their profile picture, you'll see options to follow them, add them as a friend, message them and motivate them! 😁

I tried following someone but it won't let me for some reason. Why is that?
