Hey Scott

first time on a forum of any kind.so I hope I'm writing this at the wright place.

I want to subscribe to a fitness program because I want something that is more handed to me so I can fallow . Because if I make my own I tend to put to many exercises for the muscle group I'm working .

I was hesitant to go with Athlean X because I like is programs interface and the way it was presented. But On YouTube you're exercises seemed more interesting to me more focused on building muscle which is what I'm looking for. Not interested in too much floor exercises .

So my main question is with platinum do we have access to all the programmes you did in the past?I have cable machines And love using them so wanted to know if those are used ? If there is multiple programs or workouts to choose from depending on goals.

sorry for the long text And my bad English. I'm very interested in a subscription depending on contant.

P.S. love your channel that's what encouraged the interest in subscribing

Regards ,Jonathan

Hey @Johnn1Bgood! Welcome to the site and to the community!! You are doing great but next time I suggest creating your own forum post by clicking which category best suits your needs and then clicking NEW THREAD at the top. But no worries!

When you become platinum you have access to ALL the programs on the site as well as our custom meal planner app and massive database of exercises and routines organized by bodypart, difficulty, equipment needed, etc.

All the FULL PROGRAMS are on this page: http://muscularstrength.com/12-week-challenge-workouts

For you I would try the Push,Pull,Legs first and if you have any questions about exercises you can leave comments on the individual routines and I will get a notification so I can help you out.

Looking forward to seeing your results!

Does anyone know what this bump on my forearm is? It's been there for about 6-7 years I think. I never really thought anything of it but I was lifting arms the other day with a buddy and he thought it looked weird and should get it looked at. But it's on both arms is the same spot and it only pops out when I flex my forearms. It pops out like crazy when I have a pump. Anyone have a clue to what it is?

Hey Anna!

You can add all your videos to your profile by going to the PROFILE button in the RED MENU.  You will see an option for ADD VIDEOS.  I made it super easy so all you need to do is insert YouTube URLS.

If you are writing up your routines just utilize the forums to post them.  If you scroll down the main forum page you will see different categories like Muscle Gain, Weight Loss, etc.  You can utilize this section to post a NEW THREAD with your routine in the appropriate category.  Once you post it, it will be made visable to the entire community and we will check it out!

I hope this helps! :)

Also, keep in mind that you can add videos / photos to the forum posts as well! #HTH

OMG Thank you so much for that! I've been looking for this information over the last few days. I generally make my own routines and would love some feedback from the community on them.

I'm going to start making a new one soon for my #summerShred, ahah, just need to finish this strength phase first which is going GREAT! haha

Scott you say to only use supplements to supplement. How much of your protein do you supplement a day?

I normally have one scoop with my protein pancake mix in the morning, and then one scoop after my workout :-)

OK. I have 4 questions!

A. As a beginner, coming off an injury, used to Crossfit, should I start with the 12-week Program? (I think I should).

B. Meal Plans, Do you have any already made? I am an Old Vet, I eat what is put in front of me.

C. In your videos, it looks to me that you have some Super Saiyan 5 figures. Where did you get them?

D. Where do you get the Dragon Ball Z A-Shirts that you wear?

Thanks a lot!

Well, you should be eating to build muscle DAILY.. not on just chest day. have you checked out my custom @mealplan app? Also, to speed up growth you can train chest TWICE a week with at least 36 hours rest between workouts.

check out the chest workout in this program. It is AMAZING!!

Hello, I just finished my first week of the push pull legs program after taking a few months off from being a collegiate athlete. My Biceps have been extremely sore to the point that I am having a hard time getting full ROM. When I was training I would suck it up no problem, but is that really the best thing to do or should I take another day to recover?
