I've been going to the gym off and on since I was in high school. I'd all ways get motivated, start a new workout plan, and up what I was currently eating (which was garbage). I'd never actually gain that much or get to the size I was looking for and would gave up. So fast forward 12+ years, I'm finally doing it right. Thanks to the power of youtube, Scott's channel, and this site. I've finally learned how important eating right and meeting your macros is. I've only been back at it for 2 weeks now and already seeing more improvements than I would normally see in 2 months! On top on that I feel like I have so much more energy!
