Hey @jcgadfly, why not just update all your info. Your BMR, weight etc and then go from there? There is no need to "wipe clean" if that makes sense.

Becasue I think I buggered it up royally when I tried to use it before so I wanted to re-learn it properly and start fresh.

Well, to measure your bodyfat you need to have it done at your gym. It isn't something you can do online. Can your gym do it?

Hey Scott, what do you think about combining weights & calisthenics?
I just signed up and Im sure its too late for the Challenge but I like the structure of the work outs. It there an excel file or PDF of the work out.
I downloaded the Calendar but I was hoping for something that had the indiviuals works out so i can keep up with numbers
