I'd like to be able to start fresh using the meal app. Is there a way that my information can be wiped clean and I can try to do this correctly?

Hey @jcgadfly, why not just update all your info. Your BMR, weight etc and then go from there? There is no need to "wipe clean" if that makes sense.

Becasue I think I buggered it up royally when I tried to use it before so I wanted to re-learn it properly and start fresh.

I am %ft 11in tall, 82kg and 14.1 BF%.

i will like to reduce my BF% by approximately 5%, and how long can it take for me to achieve that.

I work out at the gym atleast three times a week

Please where do I access the american council on exercise table so that I can calculate my percentage body fat?

Well, to measure your bodyfat you need to have it done at your gym. It isn't something you can do online. Can your gym do it?

I just signed up and Im sure its too late for the Challenge but I like the structure of the work outs. It there an excel file or PDF of the work out.

I downloaded the Calendar but I was hoping for something that had the indiviuals works out so i can keep up with numbers

I did sign up as a Platinum member as well
