I'm probably an outlier here, but I did my first deadlift today thanks to challenge...and then did a load more!
I'm a day behind the schedule because I'm hours ahead and wanted to have a bit of flexibility over when I get to gym - I very much need the vids to guide me! On that note, I'm having issues with the Circuit B video; just doesn't want to play for me, it seems. Anyone else finding the same (both Chrome and MS Edge)

Today's circuit got my heart rate up really fast and sweated bullets! About half way through took alot of will power to get through the rest of the circuit, but felt really rewarding! Must day the Judo pushup is something I havent done before, did anyone struggle with that?
