About Me
A 10-year battle with Ulcerative Coilitis eventually ended with me underweight, understrength, and without a large intestine. I missed those peak gym years during college,but what better time than now to get active and lifting than now? This 12-week challenge ends just after the two-year anniversary of my surgery and just before my 30th, so the timing is right to get bigger, stronger, and healthier. I've no doubt that it will be tough, perhaps even a little demoralising at times, but I'll get to challenge myself and learn a lot at the same time.
