Hey hermanites!
After watching a few of Scott's recent training videos, i decided to start hitting my traps more. When i came to do the upright barbell row, i got a horrible popping feeling in my wrists when i hit the top of the motion, making it unbearable to do. I tried with a straight bar, and an EZ curl, even with really light weights. I kept my elbows above my wrists and studied scotts form like crazy.
Anyone else suffer from this? or anyone know how i could prevent this?
