With fall here everyone is in the mood for that pumpkin flavor! But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a healthy snack while satisfying that craving! This recipe is easy to make and something healthy the whole family will enjoy!

Serving Size: 1 Muffin (Makes 12)

Protein: 9 grams
Carbs: 10 grams
Fat: 1.3 grams
Fiber: 2 grams
Cooking Instructions
Dry Ingredients:
3 Scoops: BSN “CLEAN” 100% Whey Protein (Or protein of your choice)
1 Cup: Rolled Oats
2 Tsp: Baking Powder
2 Tbsp: Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup: Stevia
1 Tsp: Cinnamon
2 Tsp: Pumpkin Pie Spice
Wet Ingredients:
1 Cup: Egg Whites
½ Cup: Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Cup: Pure Pumpkin
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spoon.
Add wet ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon.
Add wet and dry ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix thoroughly.
Even spread mixture among cup-cake pan.
OPTIONAL: If you want to add a topping such as raisins, chocolate chips or almonds, do it now before putting the muffins in the oven.
Cook for 20 minutes and enjoy!
