Cuban Beef Pot Roast

Switch Up Your Dinner With This Balanced Meal!

Try out my tender beef recipe. This Cuban inspired spicy Beef dish has no problem grabbing meat lover’s attention. This recipe is executed best using a slower cooker and even though it takes some time, trust me it’s worth the wait!

Total Macros per serving size:

  • Calories: 240

  • Carbs: 11g

  • Protein: 31g 

  • Fat: 8g

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 12oz Beef

  • 1 Onion

  • Garlic1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • Oregano

  • 1 Cube of Beef Stock

  • 1 small green chilli

  • 1 cup of white rice


  1. Chop onion, garlic and chilli.

  2. Add olive oil to the pot. Once water comes to the boil add your chopped onion, garlic and chilli.

  3. Mix ingredients together for a few minutes.

  4.  Add you’re Beef, oregano and pinch of salt to the pot and cook for 15 minutes.

  5. Transfer the contents from the pot into a slow cooker. Proceed to cook for a further 45 minutes. While waiting for beef to cook this would be good time to boil your rice.

  6. Take the Beef out from slow cooker, slice it up and place into a oven tray with beef stock.

  7. Put the beef in the oven for a further 20 minutes/drain rice and then you’re done.
