For gaining strenght in those lifts you can do them 2-3 times a week. For gaining muscle once a week, or else it will be to much volume, of course depending on what you eat and what else you train.
Twice a week is pretty good. If you do 5 sets of 5 reps heavy then I'd maybe make sure the 2nd time is lighter higher reps. If you do heavy sets low reps twice a week then give yourself at least 3 days recovery between.
@Mortalblood you should try my Push, Pull, Legs split man! That will help you build up strength on all of those lifts!!
I typically do 1-2 times a week.
How much can you hit on these lifts right now?
If you're starting out, doing those exercises multiple times a week is cool and won't tax your body too much.
When you're more advanced though (2.5x bodyweight Deadlift, for example) they will take A LOT out of you. I usually only Bench, Squat, and Deadlift once a week, each kicking off a different workout of the week (Bench kicking off Chest and Tris, for example).
