The Skulpt Aim, Impedance Scale, and the Navy Formula appear to have vastly different estimates for my bodyfat... Which one appears to be more accurate in terms of bodyfat estimation?
Also, at what bodyfat can you expect to lose lower belly, lower back fat? Let me know if you need more info!
