Hey all! For a while now ive been working on reducing my bodyfat, while obviously still making some killer gains! My question/topic for discussion is: What does everyone prefer mixing their protein shakes with?
Milk obviously has the extra protein, calcium, and whatnot advantage, but at the same time milk can also be quite fatty!
Then on the other hand water is better for the fat side, but has no protein value, and a few people i know who are doctors have reccomended using water as a high milk diet can lead to kidney stones.
Whats your views and opinions?
-Also i must again praise Scott Herman and the Hermanites, as I would have never have found BSN supplements without you all, and its by far my favourite protein and preworkout sups ever! The protein mixability, even with water is amazing! Many ive sampled dont fully mix and you end up chewing what feels like sand! #HTH!
