Hello everyone !! I made a routine the other day and decided to put it up on the forums. It is designed as a full body workout and is meant to strenghten the natural strenght on bodyweight exercises. You can not just do weightlifting and never jump on an intense curcuit !!
As many rounds as possible of (With 1-2 minute rest between rounds) 20 burpees
25 standing oblique crunches
30 air squats
35 Fireballs
40 push ups
45 front crunches

Wooo! You trying to kill us? Looks like a solid circuit but I do hate Burpees. Definatly need to throw this in.
I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. Nice, I was scouring this website yesterday and looking at all of Scott's vids on Youtube trying to come up with my own HIIT routine. This looks like a nice routine to add to my off day routine along with some more cardio. Thanks for the post!

Hey William,
This looks sadistically good! I'm about to be betwen gyms in a few weeks' time, so this bodyweight training will be especially useful until I find a new gym.
Quick question: what's a fireball? My guess is that it how my whole body will feel after doing a few rounds of this, but that'd probably be incorrect...
Cheers

Hey Phil,
I also didn't know what a fireball is, so I searched through Scott's videos and was really happy to see this:

Intense William!
Would you give yourself a time limit of like, as many rounds as possible in 30-60 minutes? Or just go until you can't go anymore
I have a way to spice it up a bit more too if you want...try clap push-up to pull-up burpees.
Perform them under a pull-up bar. Start by doing a burpee, and as you do the push-up motion, do a clap push-up. When you jump in the air, grab the bar, do a pull up. Drop down, go back into a burpee and repeat.

Not sure on the first one, I do not like to do more than 45 minutes of work due to the muscles getting empty on natural energy.
Great suggestions, clap push ups are really fun to do and pull up burpees makes things really hardcore. This would make the routine like a crossfit WOD, haha awesome.
