Try out my Peanut Butter, Almond, Raisin and Oat Cookies. This is the Guilt free cookie that I consider a “Clean Cheat”. The Ingredients below are to make a recipe to serve 4 people.
Nutritional Facts
Serving Size: Approx. Two & a half cookies.
Calories: 237
Protein: 8.5 grams
Carbs: 51.25 grams
Fat: 8.75 grams
Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
Half a cup of raw oats
Quarter of a cup of raisins
Half a cup of Splenda
Half a cup of eggs
0.2 Cup of Almonds (Grated)
One teaspoon of Cocoa powder
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
Half a teaspoon of baking powder
Two table spoons of Peanut butter
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees.
Pour the oats and Splenda into a mixing bowl.
Once you have mixed the Oats and Splenda together, add the cocoa powder and raisins.
Add the baking powder and baking soda to the mixture and stir.
Add the eggs and whisk until the mixture thickens.
Using a cooker add peanut butter into a saucepan and heat on the stove until it melts.
Add melted peanut butter and almonds to the bowl of oats etc. and stir once more.
Empty the mixture on to an oven tray using a wooden spoon in small amounts (shape each small amount into the desired size of cookie using your hands).
Place the tray into the oven.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.
