I have eaten the same breakfast every morning for the past 2 years and still have not gotten sick of it. This is a high calorie pancake that is perfect to get your day going or as a pre-workout meal if you have to workout right after in the morning like I do.
This is not only a good pre-workout meal but a post-workout meal as well. It is high in carbs which will give you energy to push through your workout, or to replenish your energy levels after your workout. It is also high in protein to help repair your muscles after a hard workout and the potassium from the banana will help prevent cramping. You can also customize the recipe by using different fruits instead of the banana.

Nice @jeffkline! This is very similar to what @erica_stibich cooks for us every morning. They are so amazing.. Now I don't even like regular pancaks. They just taste like empty fluff compared to these beauties!!
