Hi All
Hope you are all looking forward to a great Christmas. Has anyone started thinking about their New Year targets yet? I've had a good start on my weight (lost 28 lbs) and BF %(lost 7%), just need to concentrate on my diet and Jazz up my gym workouts. The Herminator is such an inspiration! I've got the confidence to know what I am doing in the gym, the guys are no longer thinking "what is she doing here!". Instead I'm getting smiles and nods in acknowledgemet lol! How's it going for the other "Herminaires"?

Don't be afraid to make mistakes, face failure and fall, because most of the time, the greatest rewards come from doing the things that scare you the most. You'll get everything you wish for... just focus and work on it. And you'll get more than you could ever have imagined. Who knows where life will take you. The road is long, and in the end - - the journey is the destination.

Great work so far Kerry!
I have been thinking about what goals I am going to set myself for 2015...I think it's good to have specific goals in mind, which is something I haven't really focused on much before.
How is your diet looking at the moment? If you want some help with it be sure to post :)
Take a look through Scott's videos and you will find plenty of ways to 'jazz' up your workouts.
And keep on showing those guys at the gym how it's done! They'll be nodding in jealousy soon!

Welcome to the Forums Kerry, from a fellow female Hermanite.
Keep up the good spirit trhoughtout the next year, and you'll be getting even more nods ^.-
To answer your question:
For me personally this year has been great so far (at least in terms of fitness / strength) Few ups and downs in health, but always returning with a tad more strength every time.

Great progress and welcome!
I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day.
