Heres a routine that I did today. Something to help increase endurance, strength, and even build some muscle!
7 rounds3 exercises
Deadlift - 10 reps
Kettlebell squats- 10 to 15 reps
HEAVY sled pushes from one side of the weight room to the other two times ( dont know the distance)
Try to do this routine as fast as you can.
