I love having skullcrushers in my triceps workout.  It is one of the few exercises I feel the most comfortable overloading my triceps with and I bet after you check out these tips you are going to love it too!!

 

Add 3 - 4 sets of 8 - 10 reps to your next workout as your FIRST or SECOND exercise!

I go behind my head and go to full extensionnot a big fan of catching the bar with my face. May have to try the incline. next time I do them (which I think will be Friday)

You should definitely try it @jcgadfly!! The stretch you feel on your triceps is insaiyan!! Plus it will save your face 😊 haha.
