Hey, I am a 15 year old boy who is 5 foot 3in, 155lbs, and 15% body fat. I want to drop to 9%. Here is my plan.
Day 1: Death By Dumbless video.
2: 30 min HIIT session.
3: Rest
4: Same as 1.
5 Same as 2.
6&7: Rest
I am on a 1858 cal diet with 192g carbs, 50g fat, and 160g protein. I have at home 5-50lb Dumbells, a pull up bar, and a bench but no barbells :(

I would personally eat more even if I was going to lose weight. I eat 3000-3500 calories a day and I only gain lean mass on that ratio, If I were to go on a cut I would go down to like 2500 calories. How much do you usually eat ? The best way to go about it, in my experience, is to drop 100 calories from that every week untill you reach the target calories (for me 2500 calories, would take me 5 weeks to reach this). This way you are doing what you can to not lose muscle. Remember if you lose weight to fast you may end up losing muscle so watch out for that.
