Hey Scott and muscular strength members,
I have a question on progressive overload. This is in reference to the 3D chest video. I Have checked on your video and you mentioned about progressive overload per sets. Do I increase the weight per set regularly or as per a specific routine? For example: Go 60 lbs on set 1, 70 lbs on set 2 and 80 lbs on set 3, then start with 60 again on next chest day. Please help.
