He'll still be too big.
He'll still be too big.
May be right !
May be right !
This guy is such a piece of shit. 3 minutes in and he is telling people they workout and wine like babies about gaining weight and how easy it is. Of course it is easy for this idiot. He is juicing his face off and injecting god knows what into his body to look even bigger.
What really pisses me off is kids go to this dude for advice and his advice is shit and won't work once newbie gains are over and these poor people who have hit a plateau and need help are being told they are "babies" because Rich lacks the knowledge to help them continue to build muscle as natural athletes.
36 pounds in 8 weeks as a seasoned lifter? Give me a friggin break. 4 to 5 pounds a year once you have been lifting for 4+ years straight.
Rich Piana is a prime example of what's wrong with both YouTube and the Fitness Community. He has a plateform where he could really be helping people.... but he chooses to use that plateform to boost his ego and spread bullshit advice that doesn't work for the average person watching his videos.
Sad.

Cmon Scott, Lets go do an 8 hour arm workout and drink 16 protein shakes, CMON !!!
Why are we even taliking about this guy!!
I lost 100 lbs in seven months and it was a real chore. The max anyone can lose with out literally killing themselves over eight weeks is 30-32 lbs. 3.5 - 4.0 pounds per week on average is pretty much the max with out doing physical damage to your body. Optimum is two pounds a week but over a short term say the first week with water weight ten pounds is easy. Once you hit week two or even week three your body is going to plateau for anywhere between a week to two weeks and you're not going to lose more than one or two pounds during that plateau period.
The best I could do on average over a month was .66 pounds per day. This guy is saying he plans on losing 1.26 lbs per day? I'm calling BS on that one.
It ain't happening except in his fantasy world.
Been there done that and got the tee shirt.
I would see a major drop of five lto ten lbs and boom the plateau would hit. For anywhere between seven and fourteen days and I'd see almost zero weight loss. The plateau would break and I'd drop seven to ten pounds over two weeks and the plateau would hit again.
I was putting in 40-50 miles walking / running a week and doing a whole body workout while living on 1,000 to 1,200 calories a day.
The problem is, we have a genetic predisposition to gaining weight and the body is reluctant to sheading it.

Pretty sure he will be able to, if he really wants to... There are a LOT of really POWERFULL drugs out there that will shred your fat fast as F (mind you some of them can be lethal, like DNP)

Well let's not forget that his current 311 pounds consists of:
1) Exaggerated muscle size
2) The added water and stored glycogen weight that goes with exaggerated muscle size
3) Swollen internal organs - I am sure his liver, heart, and intestinal tract are larger than normal due to all the chemicals used - especially GH
Understanding that he has a propensity for using PEDs and other pharmaceuticals to achieve his physique goals, which is his own personal choice, I agree with William that he probably will use Clenbuterol and diaretics and other substances to accelerate and help him lose his desired weight target.
At the end of the day, people have to view him for what he is and what he stands for. He does at least train very hard and consistently. The fact that he chooses to be of such massive size and he is willing to openly use whatever drugs will help him get there is fine and his own choice. Novices and those new to fitness need to make their own determination and design their own goals as to what they want for a physique and health and fitness.
While it is sad the first amendment and the freedom of our society allows people like him to expouse his viewpoints on the internet, it is up to people like Scott and MS.com to provide alternative views and facts on training, nutrition, health and fitness, and natural body development so one can make an informed decision. It is this process and ability that separates us from countries like North Korea, China, and the Middle East where content and freedom of expression and opinion is heavily controlled and suppressed by the government.

Shit that's easy! I can make a video for him. He gained all that from juicing now just stop juicing and lifting and it will be all gone. ![]()
I have a feeling someone wants to be able to walk normally again and breathe normally again .. now that he's getting old and even the juice can't make this body 'perfect' to be in at all anymore ^^
So little Rich Piana is calling it a "challenge " to have an explanation why he needs to loose weight lol.. sad, just sad. Just say it's enough now, i want to get back to a normal life - but then again he'd need to admit that his life was /is not as perfectly awesome as he always claims it to be ^^

Yeah being that big must really be hard on the breathing and functionality of the body.
