So I've been working out for awhile now (3-4 years). When I first started working out I would get that burning sensation a after a workout that used to last for awhile. I haven't had that in my upper body in ages, and now that I started working out my lower body I don't get that feeling there when I work it out either.
I've asked someone this before and was told it had to do with the production of lactic acid in your body and that your body stops producing it the same after it's grown accustom to the the stress put on it.
I hear people talking about being sore after a hard workout and I get jealous cause I can't seem to get that anymore, regardless of how hard I workout. So I guess I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts or suggestions on the matter. I'm always eager to learn.
