So often i notice guys that chase fatigue instead of performance, falling to an old demon.. Loading too much they can't handle the weight losing performance and in my opinion doing nothing, only unnecessary overburden nervous system and just killing motivation to train.. workouts should activate you more then to fatigue you.. So your thoughts on this?

Well I agree 100%.
In fact I was watching this young guy yesterday bench 185lbs so fast for 10 reps he was bouncing the bar off his chest... well.. more like slamming the bar off his sternum.
He did his whole set in what seemed like less than a minute.
His chest had 0 time to contract.
I asked him if he even felt that set, he ignored me.
I think you are on the right track for sure.
However I chase fatigure when I lift, I just make sure I am using proper weight to actully feel the contractions.

When I lift, I like to be explosive on the way up but mindful and aware of what my body is doing on the way down. I admit I' mstill a relative babe inthe woods at this but if I can't control the weight and panic starts to set in, I have too much weight. If I'm throwing it around like it's nothing, that's likely because (to me)it's nothing and I need more weight.

Yea, sometimes you need to chase it, but not all the time :) People wan't "easy money" over night so what's the best thing to do..overload! I do it sometimes but just to let my body get acquianted with the weight, except the times when ego jumps in :)
Arched back on deadlift equals phone in my hands and ambulance on speed dial :)
By making the weight difficult in all possible ways should get you more results and when you get accustom to it then add more.

Chasing fatigue with proper weight when you can feel the contraction yes..but i'm talking about doing it in the way that the most ego people do it..when they can't feel anything only the heaviness :)

The other thing that happens when people do this kind of thing is that they stop using full ROM and start half reppin everything.
I prefer to chase fatigue, but haven't lately which is annoying..the thing is to keep everything correct, form, ROM, while also getting fatigued. Truth is, if you do thing properly, you will still fatigue, and you might even fatigue easier.

You can get fatigued using full ROM..all depends on how you do it, with keeping a form i'm able to fatigue but as more fatigued i get form starts to crumble a bit.. for me that's indicator to go lighter a bit.

People who train their ego versus their muscles scare me. They are an injury waiting to happen. I always cringe when I see poor squatting or benching form or other exercises and just wait to hear the sternum or back crack, the snap of a tendon or tear of a muscle, or a testicle go rolling by.
A muscle can't truly fatigue and adapt unless it is forced to move resistance in a controlled and full ROM way........there is no short cut. Too many people train with Mo - Momentum. I should get a shirt that says "Don't train with Mo" :-)

Lol or a testicle goes rolling by..that's a win :) That's why i like to do paused lifts, removing any kind of momentum from lift, and in my opinion the best way to build muscle (beause you're lifting only by contracting the muscle). Yes you can't lift that much weight but you know you are using only that muscle.
