I've been hitting my macros ( 200 p. 175 c. 80 f. ) And hitting the gym.my routine is Monday chest and hit, Tuesday arm and abs, Thursday back and hit, Friday arms and hit. Sunday legs and abs. What is some advice to lose the last few inches?

This is about 8 weeks of progress. I took the Last 2 weeks off cause of some nagging injuries. Felt good to get back in this week. The second pic is from last Friday.

Hey man you are looking great!

The last few inches come down to cardio. Have you started doing any HIIT training?

20 - 25 minutes AFTER your workouts 2 - 3 times a week goes a LONG way.

I do something like this

1 minute jog, 2 minute run, and repeat for the entire time (15 - 20 minutes)

Adjust this to your fitness level, but push yourself!

Looks like you have made some great progress in 8 weeks man! I agree with Scott but it looks like you are getting where you need to be in a pretty good amount of time I think.

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. LISS could potentially work, but you probably want to try like power walking and slow walking so you are still doing HIIT to a point.

It doesn't have to be running though if you are worried about your knees. Try cylcing or rowing for intervals. They shouldn't put as much stress on your knees as running would.

Circuit training is probably a good idea too. Maybe just once or twice a week would be enough. Maybe try things like this

These are my 4 favorite when I was shredding because the week to week results were signifcant! :)

1. Full Body Furnace

2. 1 Destroyed Body

3. Total Body Weightloss Workout Level 1

4. Short-circuit to get shredded

Do you want to do an entire week of circuit training? Or just do it a few times a week.

You could try something like...

Monday - Upper body circuit

Tuesday - Lower body circuit

Wednesday - Total body circuit

Thursday - Rest (or cardio) and repeat.

But if you are just going to do a circuit here and there, you could probably just do an upper body and lower body circuit once a week each. Or just two total body ones a week in association with your muscle splits.

Nice @Jwal2k8, looks like a solid routine for losing that bit more fat!

Macros look good too, I assume you are in a calorie deficit of about 250 calories? If you wanted you could even lower the carbs a bit more and increase fat and/or protein.
