For some months now I have been focussed on my diet and keeping to my macros.
Bescause I work, I usally cook up a batch of meals in sperate tubs, which usually consists of some rice or sweet potato, some meat and some vegetables (though sometimes currys, chilli etc) and then stick them in the freezer. I pull out two meals per day and whack them in the microwave until hot.
It really works for me but I was wondering if there is any harm in freezing food in this way and if anyone feels negatively about consuming a large number of meals heated in the microwave?
