I can recommend BSN N.O EXPLODE....does what it says on the tin, tastes good and mixes well and WORKS ðŸ‘
i find that an improved pump helps me stay in the gym longer, if its a leg session i like to take a break mid session to have a flapjack and a shake, rehydrate then get into the secondary compound either quat or leg press depending on what ive already done :P but for the extra pump i like to use citrulline malate... just that straight up 5-10g depending on your weight with some creatine and a sodium snack before the gym with water throughout.
the best way to stay in the gym longer is to have fun while you're in there... i dont like leaving the gym, but i also dont like paying £30 for 30 servings of a caffiene/ sugar packed pre workout so i just go with the NO pathway products directly.. think i paid £16 for 50-100 servings depending on that brand compared to that days tolerance to the product :P try it out it wont break the bank and its woth the time, worst that happens, you're a non responder and should try taurine or something else...
I've tried Gaspari Super pump 3 and musclepharm assault. Both pretty good. Super pump 3 is pretty awesome.
Overall, I like the New NO Xplode right now... if you just want energy C4 is good for that.
yeah a lot of Hermanites use those as well!

I been trying to find the perfect preworkout...and over a year of searching, I think I found the perfect one! I first started with N.O. Xplode before they changed it and after...and I kept having the problem of getting blood in my stool...so I stopped taking them (sorry Scott, but I DO use Cell Mass as a recovery). I just bought Mr. Hyde Green Apple, and it works wonders- I'm really focused during my workout, and go to work right after my workouts...and stay energized until the end of my shift. I've also never slept better, or been so sore the next day with other preworkouts. No bloody stool, and I feel great overall. That's what works for me, hope you find what's right for you!

Blood in your stool at any age is not good. You should have that checked by a doctor if you haven't already.

It was only with the BSN pre-workouts, once I stopped taking them, the blood went away. I haven't taken it in at least a few months, so there's no problem anymore. Not sure if they put too much L-Arginine in it, or something else, but I don't have that problem with Mr. Hyde. It's a shame, if I didn't have that problem with it, I would take N.O. Xplode.
Still, regardless of whether you have it or not you should still let a doctor know. Pre-workouts should not cause internal bleeding. If the blood was seen in the stoll versus your stool being very dark red, it means the bleeding was coming from your lower colon. This is never a good situation even if it has stopped.

What if the internal bleed was just the red N.O.-Xplode infultrating the body?
Man that is scary......if the food coloring in the pre-workout can do that God knows what it is doing internally. Either way, better safe than sorry. Unfortunately due to the SAD, many American youths are getting colo-rectal cancer at earlier ages now :-(
