I was born a natural ectomorph. Skinny, 70lbs in Jr. High. I felt weak and insignificant. It wasn't until my junior year in high school that I knew I wanted to change. I weighed only 130lbs, and could barely lift 60lbs off the ground. I started training and feeling better about myself, but soon lost motivation and quit. My diet was terrible and I continued to not only stay skinny, but sickly. It wasn't until my the summer after I graduated that I decided I needed to REALLY change. I begin training with my uncle, Nick Nilsson and slowly began to see progress. Soon I couldn't stop lifting weights. I made the decision to go to college and study Personal Training. This year I have completed my freshman year of college and have learned A LOT of information. I have shifted my focus onto strength training, and have been inspired by people like, Zac Even-Esh, Elliot Hulse, and Nick Nilsson. I am now starting my own business, Frontline Strength. I train people in my gym and help them reach their goals through the art of fitness. That's my story....and it's just beginning.
