Jeremie,
It is great you have a goal to shoot for and you are willing to put in the time and effort to get there :-)
I do want to set your expectations appropriately, however. The vast majority of WWE wrestlers are all using steroids, growth hormone, and other chemicals to get to the size they are. Except for the ones who are true freaks of nature and genetically are naturally very large and very tall, these physiques can't be obtained 100% naturally. The workout routines they do, while very intense and take a lot of dedication and persistence, require an equal amount of drugs to facilitate growth and recovery.
If you use their workouts as a template or a guideline for your workouts, that is fine but do so knowing you will not be able to achieve the level of growth and strength they do if you stay 100% natural. At 16, you have your whole life ahead of you and your goals and priorities may change as you get older. I just highlight this fact about drug use in professional wrestling so you can either choose not to do them or accept the fact that you may not attain your ultimate goal of being a WWE superstar without them :-)

Jeremie,
Don't believe everything you read. The Vince McMahon Wellness Policy, while having good intentions, is not 100% enforceable as drugs like growth hormone and newer designer steroids are either out of the body very quickly so as to be undetected or are not detectable at all. The WWE is a multi-million dollar business and Vince McMahon is a business man. People watch the WWE to see larger than life, freaky men wrestle not average looking guys. It is the same reason pro bodybuilding can't get rid of drugs because people don't want to see "average" sized guys they want to see big muscular freaks. If any of these organizations truly wanted to end the use of drugs, they could but they would lose millions of dollars in business :-)
As for routines, there are tons of routines and videos you can find on this site to get you on your way or you can use the internet like you have already done.

I give them props for trying to address the issue just like all other major sports are trying to do. The problem with drug testing is they can all be beat. It is very expensive to do drug testing and you have to test for substances specifically to find them. This is why growth hormone is so popular. It makes you big, ripped, and strong and it is out of your system in 30 minutes. It is not a steroid so athletes using it can state they don't use steroids and they are not lying. The whole BALCO scandal that went down when I was living in the Bay Area of Northern California illustrated how people can make performance drugs that will beat any conventional drug test.
As for the WWE, a lot of this wellness stuff is a publicity stunt. They will have some sacrificial "scapegoats" they will use to get "caught" so they can show that their drug testing is working. In reality, it's a sham. It is just like when law enforcement is in cahoots with drug traffickers. The traffickers will feed the cops tips so they can make some drug busts while they look the other way on their other drug deals. It makes the public think the police are cracking down on drugs when it isn't even making a dent :-)

I have to dissagree John. Nowadays, VERY few wrestlers are drugs users. Take a look at the phsiques. Theres no one around whos body's scream "I juice". Drug use was only popular in the 80s to 2000s.

Are you a beginner? whats your macros and bodyfat? IMO, the best way to build strength and size is through burn sets, and pyramid sets, and FST 7. You can also try a Push, Pull, Legs routine with HIIT cardio 3 times a week and circuit training. Keep in mind, in order to be a wrestler, you need A HIGH LEVEL of speed and endurance as well. HIIT and circuits can help with that.

I have to agree with John as well. When somebody's body is connected to their financial well being, its 99% probable that they are on steroids. Obviously there are exceptions but good luck finding them. Steroids are not only used for crazy muscle mass. There are different kinds of anabolics. Others focus more on strength, others on endurance etc etc.
But anyway, what you need is strongman workouts, not powerlifting/bodybuilding workouts. Being strong is useless if you want to be a WWE star. I mean "that" kind of strong, where you can lift a barbell off the floor. You want functional strength, endurance, agility, and balance, so I would suggest you take a look at some strongman workouts.

Rishi,
Be that as it may, these people are still not averaged sized individuals. If you are naturally 6'2" or taller and 235 Lbs or more or have a glandular problem like Andre the Giant had, it will be much easier to bulk up naturally or at least be a somewhat imposing figure. I haven't seen any natural WWE stars who are short and small. At the end of the day, people want to see "freaks" not average dudes they can see anywhere. While drug use may not be as rampant now as you claim, the WWE is also not as popular as it was in its hey-day of drug users :-)
