I started lifting at the age of 14 I remember when I first got on a Bench Press Machine Put 2 45 Plates on the rack and it crush. I will never forget that pain I felt under the bar. I never was a huge fitness guy until I knew what I wanted to do for a living and is to be a WWE Superstar. So I looked up workouts on bodybuilding.com and started reading Muscle and Fitness Magazines. I iodized that magazines and I hope one day I will gain the muscle I saw in these magazines. What I did to increase my bench press is I started light then worked my way up and did 50 push-ups everyday. Only supplements I take are Marked Whey Protein and Mass Gainer. I Work Hard Everyday To Achieve What I Want.
