Well, to be clear, Jeff Seid is not a natural body builder. You can't expect to make the same gains as someone who has taken drugs to obtain their physique.
However, you can still make AMAZING gains as long as you are eating right and training properly.
If you start lifting at a young age you can expect to gain a lot of muscle when you hit puberty around 18. You will also grow in height as well.. but that is only during puberty.
What is your fitness plan like? Meal plan macros? Routine?
It's hard to say what age you build the muscle muscle because not everyone starts lifting at the same age. For example: in your first year of lifting you will always see the most gains.
The best thing to do is focus on proper training and eating and maximize your results now.
Have you built a meal plan yet? The video on this page will help you! @mealplan
Okay thanks for the answer!
I really wanna look like you so i wanna ask you some questions if thats ok? xD
In what age did you start train? How many years have you been training? When did you start count protein and kalories and things like that? In what age did YOU see most results? Is it possible for me to look like you when im older? Whats the most important to think of?

Filip,
Scott is right. If you want to see what a true natural physique looks like and what kind of size you can get naturally, just look at Scott. Jeff Seid, Matt Ogus, etc are not 100% natural and screwing with your hormones at your age is highly inadvisable. I believe Scott has said he started lifting at 14 as well.
As for growth, you put on your most size in your first 2 years of consistent training and eating. Anywhere from 20 - 35 Lbs depending on the individual and their genetics. Lifting in your teens and into puberty (early 20's) is ideal because your hormone levels are at the highest they will ever be in your life naturally :-)
I started lifting seriously at age 20 and I went from 145-150 pounds to 175 pounds in 2 years. I am not a very tall nor a very big guy but that was an appreciable gain in size and strength for me - I put on size on every muscle and my strength increased. Had I known then what I know now about diet and training, I am sure I could have done better. Regardless, for you all you need to do is train smart and consistently and eat plenty of quality food and get plenty of rest and you will grow like a weed :-) While you don't really need to be too concerned with counting calories and your macros at your age, it is still a good idea to learn how to do it and to learn to avoid junk food. Not only will it make your gains better but also it will make it easier for you to continue to eat healthy when you get to be my age.

as probably the youngest person to comment on this being 20 just slowing down from speedy teenage growing i personally shot up at the age of 15 to 16 i had my major growth spert at that age and went from 9st upto 14st4lbs, great right? i started off as a tiny lad, like not even 5ft till i was 15... then between 15 and 16 i went all the way upto 5ft11 and packed on lots of lean mass, at that point i was doing plyometrics, martial arts and strongman training :P as for food intake it was always home cooked stuff, 4-5 meals a day, i didnt count anything i just had this locked away in my brain that 1. i needed lots of protein to build muscle 2. i needed my fats and carbs to keep my energy up for training 3. being the biggest wasnt as important as being functional, besides till about 14 i was a cardio bunny, martial arts and lots of cardio, then i started plyometrics then finally went into weights, did a year in gymnastics after my 2nd mma fight at 16, so basically all i want you to do, is focus on eating regulary, high calories lots of protein, get your cardio in, be that sprinting or fast walks, keep the intensity in training high and keep your mind sharp, nothing builds muscle better than telling yourself you WILL grow. and you actually will grow i can guarantee it, just dont go injuring yourself or putting yourself in that risk, if when you lift you feel anything hurting, come to us, talk to your gp and slow it down on that exercise till we advise you otherwise, like for example if your lower back hurts in deadlifts or your shoulders hurt in benching or your elbows hurt when you curl :P stuff like that, or if your ankles begin to hurt from squatting, because quite frankly even though you have the best chance of your life to be growing right now, you also have the highest risk of being injured from trying to grow too quickly, your bones are still much weaker than say scotts or johns, mine are only tough thanks to 11 years of conditioning, but even ive broken a few from being an idiot... good luck anyway buddy.
Thank you guys so much for the answers!! Really appreciate it! :)

In my experience I started building the most muscle around the age of 17 up until now, Im almost 22. Once you really hit puberty, which Im sure you have your testosterone and strength naturally increases as you approach man hood which allows you to build much more muscle and strength. I started training with weights when I was 14 as well. I built muscle and strength very slowly, but there is no need to be in a rush. Youve got plenty of time. It wasnt until I really learned how to eat though that I really started getting bigger and stronger. Plus when I first started I was really over training. Here are some key points that you will need to have in check.
: Learn how to eat to gain muscle and strength.
: Learn how to train with proper form and technique early.
: Learn how to not over train.
Once you get these in check you will be on your way to building lots of muscle. As a general rule of thumb its best to consume a well balanced meal consisting of protein, fats, and carbs every 2-3 hours because this keeps your body in an anabolic (muscle building) state.
Most workouts should be completed within 60-90 minutes specially for a beginner such as yourself. The goal should be to get in the gym, tear down the muscle as quick as possible so you can get home and feed that muscle as quick as possible.
For one thing, Jeff Seid has great genetics. Some people are just gifted in the muscle building and fat burning genes department. But I also believe that Jeff Seid has taken steroids to enhance his physique. He seems to be a great guy and he does have lots of great training routines, but you cant expect to get the same results as him as fast as he did without steroids. Here is a good training split for a beginner. In fact its the same exact one that I started with when I was your age.
Monday: Chest-abs.
Tuesday: Back.
Wednesday: Abs.
Thursday: legs.
Friday: Shoulders-abs.
Saturday: Biceps-triceps-forearms.
Sunday: Rest.
This is a good split for a beginner because it allows your body plenty of time for recovery. Stick to the basics. You dont have to do all kinds of crazy exercises. Barbells and dumbbells are your best friend for now. Generally for larger muscle groups you want to focus on at least 15 sets per workout divided into 3-4 different exercises. For smaller muscle groups you can get by with 12 sets per workout divided into 3-4 exercises. Here are some good training routines for you to start with.
Im giving you all this info because I would have killed to know all this stuff when I was your age and just starting out.
