It's not possible to spot-reduce fat, meaning that you can't specifically target one area of your body and decide you want to lose fat from that area.
Fat burns evenly across the body so if you want to reduce the amount of fat you store in your chest, you'll need to drop your entire body fat percentage. Over time with a consistent diet and plenty of training this will happen!
You just need to get yourself a solid mealplan brotha, it's all about the diet!
Also, are you doing any cardio at the moment? It might be a good idea to think about adding in some sort of cardio workouts into your schedule once you have your mealplan nailed down. There are loads of resources and on Scott's site that can help you understand what a mealplan is, what it should consist of and how to build it - so just have a look around, and ask more questions here on the forum if you need to!

Well, losing fat through diet and nutrition can definitely help, but you have a case of gyno here. Before anything else, you should go to a doctor and have your hormone levels checked out. Maybe you are producing a little too much estrogen. Easily fixed. If everything checks out, then yea, you just have to lose fat and eventually, the fat will come off your chest too.

I regularly do cardio workout. I use to jog for 2 km daily and do stretchings and other exercises. Thanks for your reply....

Kostas makes a great point here. Diet does effect testosterone/estrogen balances. If you were/are drinking a lot of soda (diet or regular) or are eating too much processed sugar and carbs and not getting enough essential fats, your testosterone levels will be negatively impacted. High sugar diets and higher than normal (>15%) body fat levels in males increases estrogen production and/or estrogen sensitivity. Both males and females produce testosterone and estrogen - men have higher testosterone and women have higher estrogen. Gyno is a clear indicator of a testosterone/estrogen imbalance.
I would have your primary care doctor run a blood test to get your hormone levels as Kostas suggested. The majority of hormone imbalances are diet related so with a proper diet things will return to normal :-)

all great points but to point you in the right direction of a diet to aid you in your efforts try a low sodium based diet with plenty of water and diuretics etc... you should have a bigger selection of greens than meats, stick to stuff like chicken turkey fish, for carbs id suggest stuff along the lines of barley peas beans oatmeal... as for fats get those from nuts fish and seeds, just make sure they're unsalted nuts obviously... but obviously first get your hormone levels checked my cousin had a bad case of gyno because of an over active thyroid, diet helps with it alot, you could probably get it to go down 90% just through diet but other supplements could help, these supplements being recommended by doctors obviously. good luck

That is great that you are doing lots of cardio, but what are your daily macros? Protein, carbs fat?
Are you doing full body workouts? If so, what is your weekly workout schedule? Can you give us some more details?
Hey guys, im 15 years old and I think that I may have a mild case of gyno (not really noticable but I can feel a harder kind of tissue under my nipple). I've read a lot that it could be to do with puberty, should I be worrying about it or just wait for a few more years until I am fully developed?

Everytime you feel anything enclosed in your skin or body you should always consult a doctor.
this can be harmless, but also has to be ruled out that it is nothing to be taken care of.
Please don't rely in such cases on hear-say, and have a doctor check it !
