Hi everyone I have just been starting to deadlift.
From demo videos I watched, the hand grips are usually placed just outside the legs ( abit wider than shoulder width) but I place my hands on the inside of my 2 legs(the exact opposite), it is not very close together, just close to my legs. it kinda sounds like sumo deadlift but i reckons not because i don't use a wide stance , i use a regular stance like in a regular deadlift. i do this because i find it quite comfortable, stable for me. is there a problem with that? should i change?
