About Me   

My track coach lured me into weight training my freshman year of high school and I've been addicted ever since. Strength training at first was a method to become a better runner, but I found that the process was fun in and of itself. Because I exercise just for the fun of it, I don't really have any goals; however, I would like to be able to do an L-sit into a hand stand and run a marathon. I'm living overseas at the moment, so I mostly workout for strength maintenance. I have been using some videos from Youtube to improve my agility and I think it's been somewhat effective. Finally, it's nice to find such a friendly community full of kind people who just want to workout - whatever style it may be!
