Is there a difference between teen muscle building and adult muscle building?

There is a slight difference.

Teenagers generally have a much faster metabolism than adults, therefore as a teen you will need to eat more than 500 calories above your maintenance number.

Otherwise everything is the same, including SETS, REPS and muscle SPLITS.
