How fast can I expect to lose fat?

By Scott Herman in Weight Loss · Published

The speed of your weight loss is determined by how much of a calorie deficit you are in, and how much fat you have to lose.

The more calories you cut off your maintenance number, the quicker your weight will drop. Be weary that this could also be MUSCLE LOSS as well if you are not eating enough PROTEIN.

Fat will drop off relatively quickly initially if you have a high body fat percentage, but as your percentage gets lower, it will become more stubborn and difficult to shred.

IF can potentially speed up the process. Remember it takes longer to lose weight than to gain weight.
