About Me
Since I started taking medications for my debilitating mental disabilities I have gained over 30 pounds and my chest and gut have become fat beyond my liking. I am glad I gained to a healthy wait, but I want to be attractive and muscular as due to my mental disabilities I can't work steadly and can't afford a gym membership let alone my bills. :( I found this site and thought what do I have to lose. I just need to make myself do the workout as needed without excuses.
