I am on the perpetual journey to self-improvement. I have achieved some of my goals, but you always have others that need to be achieved. As a certified nutritionist, Master's in Nutrition student and clinical nutritionist I will apply my biochemistry and nutrition knowledge to my fitness goals to optimize my results and educate others so they can benefit as well. I use nutrition as a means to prevent disease and improve overall health - something we all strive for because without an optimally functioning metabolism, how do we live a prosperous life? Good health stems from making intelligent food and lifestyle decisions.
