About Me   

My goal is to lose body fat and increase lean muscle mass. I have lost close to 40 lbs in the last 18 months. I currently have @20% body fat but not sure how accurate that is. I want to get to 14% body fat and currently use a meal plan that will need to be adjusted. I find that I don't eat enough as I average 2600 calories per day and have more than 1000 calories deficit counting with Fitbit app. I like to run 5K/10K races but enjoy bodybuilding too.
