About Me
I have my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. I was pursuing a career in physical therapy, however as my passion for fitness and strength and conditioning grows, I am leaning towards personal training and strength and conditioning. I am currently ACSM CPT certified and in pursuit of getting a new NSCA CSCS cert since it expired. Currently, personal training and working in physical therapy in the Maryland area. My end goal is to own and operate my own sports performance and strength training facility.
