Hi, My Name is Arek, I live in a small town in West Yorkshire, England. My journey in bodybuilding started when i was only 13. Im aspiring to become a Personal Trainer to help people get in a great shape. Im now 17 doing my A levels along side going to the gym 3/4 times a week and working at Filmore and Union, which is an amazing restaurant for people that care about what they eat sadly they are based only in the northen part of the country 😭 I cook, love coffee and love gym.
