I've been training almost for 2 years and a half, it all started because I started having back issues when I was only 16 years old so I needed to train to make back muscle as support for my back ofcourse. But after training for a couple of months, I started being really passionate about fitness and it became a standard routine in my week. I trained 4 to 5 days a week and really loved doing it. After I got some muscle and people started to notice me, they started asking my help to train them. Ofcourse I helped them because they were my friends. I don't have a certificate so I did it for free to, they just came to the GYM with me and we worked out together. After they to started getting some nice results, I felt even better, it felt so good helping someone and acctually see results. Ofcourse I thaught they were doing a good job but I didn't really think about that they would really get bigger.
