About Me   

I began my fitness journey in May of 2013 with P90x. Before P90x I was weak, undefined, skinny fat. I had never spent time in a gym, doing cardio, or watching what I ate. However upon completing P90x I went from 178lbs to 153lbs. I dropped 25lbs in three months without changing the way I was eating. I then joined a gym to drop the last bit of fat I had and now I am wanting size. I want to bulk up. I am currently at 145 and have just purchased True Mass by BSN, N.O. Xplode and Cell Mass. I'm very nervous about gaining any fat, I enjoy being ripped but everyone tells me I will have to gain a little in order to gain the mass I desire. My longterm goal is to be 170lbs lean. By the end of 2014 I hope to at least be 160lbs lean. I have used Scott's workouts as references and guides the past month or so from his youtube videos.
